If refund requests are allowed, you\u2019ll see the option to request one in your account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Log in&nbsp;to Makemake.<\/li><li>Go to &#8220;Tickets&#8221; in your account. Select the ticket you want a refund for.<\/li><li>Click &#8220;Request a refund&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Enter your details and submit your request.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click \u201cContact the Organizer\u201d if you don\u2019t see the option to request a refund or you have a question about the status of your refund request. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You purchased tickets for an event that did not occur&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you meet all the requirements below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You already&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/makemake.asia\/index.php\/contactorganiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contacted the organizer<\/a>&nbsp;and they have either not responded or denied your request&nbsp;<\/li><li>The event was scheduled to take place within the last 45 days but did not occur (not postponed or rescheduled)<\/li><li>The organizer used Makemake Payment Processing to process your payment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you meet the requirements, ask for a refund through this Makemake App.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Request a refund directly from your Makemake account Makemake automatically creates an account with the email address you used to purchase a ticket.
